Refund Policy
Digital Products
All products sold on Max Music are digital. Due to the nature of digital files (such as beats, instrumentals, and downloadable audio), all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once the files have been delivered or downloaded.
Custom Services
For custom services such as music production, mixing, or mastering, refunds are not available once work has started. If an issue arises during the project, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions according to the agreed scope.
Exceptions & Support
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where the service cannot be delivered as agreed. Any refund decision is made at the sole discretion of Max Music.
